Sealed Offers are invited from Reputed Developers for Redevelopment Project of Shree Ram Jyoti CHS, 20/48, Gulawani Maharaj Road, Erandwane, Pune-411004. Shree Ram Jyoti CHS - Having 27 residential units and 12 Shops owned by the society members on land totally admeasuring about 18,182.55 sq. Ft. The society expects proposals through intending developers which will be chosen here after unanimously by the members of the society for proposed Redevelopment of new buildings in lieu of FSI/T.D.R./TOD/Ancillary F.S.I. etc. The tender document forms can be purchased from the consultant Architect's office from 26th March 2025 onwards between 10 am to 6 pm on working days on payment of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand Rupees Only) by Demand Draft (Non-refundable) in the name of 'Shri Ram Jyoti Shakari Girha Rachna Sanstha' of nationalised bank in favour of payable at any Pune Branch. The Last date for Submission of dully filled forms of tender document is 19th April 2025 between 2.00 Pm to 6.00 Pm at society premises in the name of The Chairman/Secretary on working days only.

This is with reference to the request received via email from some developers regarding the extension of the last submission date for the redevelopment of Shreeram Jyoti CHS. The management committee of the society in its meeting held on 17/04/2025 has unanimously decided to extend the last date for submission of duly filled tenders for the redevelopment of Shreeram Jyoti CHS. The last date for submission of tenders is Wednesday, 23rd April 2025 upto 6 pm. at society premises.

Tender Opening Process

The process of redevelopment of our society is underway. We had issued a public notice for inviting offers for the redevelopment of our society in the daily "Prabhat" on 26th March, 2025. Accordingly, 9 developers took interest in the same and purchased the tender documents. The last day to submit the duly filled tenders was initially 19th April,2025, which was extended to 23rd April, 2025 by the management committee of the society. On the last day of submission date, 23rd, April,2025, 8 out of 9 developers submitted their tenders to the society. Representatives from the office of our PMC Arch. Harshal Kavadikar, opened the tenders in the presence of the Chairman, Secretary, members of the managing committee and redevelopment committee and other members of the society. The opened tenders were then sent to our PMC's office for further scrutiny and analysis. Further steps and procedure regarding this will be communicated to the society by the PMC and accordingly, the society will inform all the members regarding the same. In all 16 members of the society were present for the tender opening process.
